This can’t bee easier, or more delicious. It’s simply equal parts honey to water in a sauce pan over low heat until ingredients are incorporated—no more than 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerated in an air-tight container. 🍯🐝🍯🐝🍯🐝

EPI 268 :: Lemongrass Simple Syrup

Yes, to lemongrass in your cocktails. No, to lemongrass your teeth! Chop it and make a beautiful simple syrup that is sure to raise the bar on your cocktail crafting.

  • 🌿 1 cup sugar

  • 🌿 1 cup water

  • 🌿 1 cup chopped lemongrass

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add all ingredients. Stir continuously until sugar dissovles, remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain into an air-tight container and keep refrigerated. 🌿_ 🌿_ 🌿
